- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Multiple times, I've had tracking say my packages are out for delivery and then not be delivered. No one can seem to read packages that say, Hold for Pickup or fragile, live embryos. They put fragile things in the trunk, carry them upside down and don't care. They drive past my house so fast it's not even funny. Plus, I can't get a local number. Called the 800 number and it said there would be an hour wait time and then hung up on me! Suspiciously, the online email system is unavailable as well.By Angela Wasson, October 12, 2016
